Acceptance and eligibility

By using this website or submitting a consultation, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and provide accurate information that you are authorized to share.

Consultations and proposals

A consultation request does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. Any scope, timing, professional fee, deposit, deliverables, and additional terms are shown in the proposal presented for your review.

You may accept or decline a proposal using its private link. Acceptance records the name and timestamp supplied through that page. Payment is handled through Stripe; Ingressible does not receive your full payment-card number. Unless a proposal says otherwise, work begins only after the required acceptance and deposit are completed.

Meetings, notes, and AI-assisted features

Meeting notes, transcripts, summaries, and AI-assisted drafts are working materials. They may contain errors and should be reviewed before they are treated as final. If a recording or transcription feature is used, the meeting organizer is responsible for informing participants and obtaining any consent required by law.

Automated outputs do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice, and they do not replace Ingressible’s human review of an engagement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, violate another person’s rights, or use private proposal and review links without authorization.

Ownership

Ingressible owns the website, its branding, and its pre-existing methods and materials. You retain ownership of the information and materials you provide. Ownership and permitted use of engagement deliverables are governed by the accepted proposal or a separate written agreement.

Availability and disclaimers

The website and automated workflows are provided on an “as available” basis. Ingressible works to keep them accurate and reliable but does not promise uninterrupted operation or that automated output will be complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Ingressible disclaims implied warranties not stated in a signed agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ingressible is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website or automated intake tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
